Anchor Co AI vs. Crisp: live team inbox vs. always-on AI.
Crisp is a shared inbox and live chat platform built around a team of human agents. Anchor Co AI is a fully automated AI chatbot — designed for businesses that can't staff a live chat window. (Missed-call recovery is part of our separate Local Growth plan, not this chatbot.)

Our honest recommendation
If you have a support team that needs to handle incoming conversations from multiple channels (chat, email, WhatsApp, social) in one place — Crisp is an excellent tool. Their shared inbox and collaboration features are well-designed, and the free tier is genuinely useful for small teams.
If you run a local service business and the real problem is that your website doesn't answer questions after hours — Anchor Co AI's $29/mo chatbot is the right fit. There's no live chat tab to staff and no per-seat cost that grows with your team. If callers going to voicemail is the bigger problem, our Local Growth plan (from $497/mo) adds missed-call text-back, which often recovers more revenue than the chatbot alone. Service businesses don't need a shared inbox — they need a bot that never sleeps.
