AI for Tile Contractors

Stop losing tile jobs to voicemail.

Your AI chatbot answers quote requests and captures leads, and the AI receptionist picks up missed calls, while you're hands-deep in grout where you belong.

Every missed call is a missed job.

You're mid-install when the phone rings.

Tile work demands two hands and full focus. Every call you can't answer is a homeowner who moves on to the next contractor on their list — often within minutes.

Homeowners want quotes fast — or they ghost.

Kitchen and bathroom tile projects are high-intent purchases. When someone texts 'how much for a 200 sq ft bathroom floor?' they expect a response today, not tomorrow.

Your website doesn't work after hours.

Most tile leads come in evenings and weekends when homeowners are researching their remodel. If your site can't answer questions at 9pm, you're invisible when it counts most.

Estimating callbacks eat your evenings.

Between tile cuts, mortar, and grouting all day, the last thing you need is to spend your night calling back every person who inquired. A system that qualifies leads first changes everything.

How it works.

1

Your AI chatbot goes live on your website.

We build your site with the chatbot built in and train it on your services: floor tile, wall tile, shower surrounds, backsplashes, and any specialty work you do. It speaks your language and explains your process.

2

Missed calls get picked up by an AI receptionist.

Forward your calls to the AI receptionist (Front Office plan) when you're on the job. It says it's an AI, takes the caller's name, number and what they need, and emails you a summary after the call, so you can call back before they dial the next contractor.

3

Leads land in your inbox.

The chat gathers project size, material preferences, timeline, and contact info. You get a clean summary and a lead ready for you to schedule. You show up to the estimate, not the cold call.

What the receptionist doesn't do: it doesn't book appointments, quote prices or connect to calendars or CRMs. It takes the caller's details so you can call back.

If we don't deliver what the terms describe, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we fix it, or refund the affected charge if we can't. Read the refund policy and plan terms before you buy.

Questions tile contractors ask us.

Can the chatbot give ballpark pricing for tile projects?

Yes. We train it with your pricing ranges — for example, '$8–$14/sq ft installed for floor tile, $12–$18/sq ft for shower surrounds.' It sets realistic expectations and filters out price-shoppers before they reach you.

What if a homeowner asks something the AI doesn't know?

It handles it gracefully — tells the customer it wants to make sure they get the right answer and offers to have you follow up directly. You never look uninformed, just thorough.

I'm a one-person operation. Is this overkill?

It's actually more valuable as a solo contractor. You have zero backup when you're on a job. The chat and the AI receptionist are your virtual office staff — answering questions and capturing leads while you're laying tile.

Your next $8k job is calling.
Will you answer?

$297 one-time setup, then month-to-month. Preview within 5 business days of your completed intake form.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
