Anchor Co AI
Built for print shops

They need 500 programs printed by Friday. They're calling every print shop in town.

Our AI receptionist picks up when a rush job call would go unanswered. Customers get an answer before they call the next shop on Google. No voicemail. No cold callbacks. Just a summary in your email and a job you can quote and close.

Why print shops lose rush jobs

Rush customers don't leave voicemails.

Rush job callers are working down a list — speed wins

Rush print job inquiries book with the first company that confirms availability and pricing. Someone calling about wedding invites due Friday isn't waiting for a callback — they're calling until someone answers.

Every unanswered rush inquiry goes to your competitor down the street

Print is a local commodity. When the job is urgent, customers don't have brand loyalty — they have a deadline. The first shop to confirm turnaround time and price gets the job.

Trade show orders are placed late at night before travel

An exhibitor realizes they need new banners and brochures at 10pm the night before they fly out. If your website can't respond to an after-hours inquiry, you're invisible when the panic order is placed.

Rush jobs are your highest-margin work — missing them hurts twice

Rush print jobs command a premium. Not only do you lose the base order — you lose the rush markup, the reorder relationship, and the next event's materials. One missed call costs you the entire customer lifecycle.

How it works

Three steps. Fully automatic.

1

Customer calls about a rush job while your press is running

You're running a job, managing bindery, or just slammed. The phone rings and goes unanswered. The customer is on a deadline and immediately tries the next print shop.

2

The AI receptionist picks up

You forward calls to it and keep your number. It says it's an AI and asks what they need printed and when, then takes their name and number. The call is answered before they call the next shop.

3

Order details land in your inbox

You get an emailed summary with their name, number, what they need and their deadline. You call back, confirm availability and quote. Rush jobs are closed while the window is still open.

What the receptionist doesn't do: it doesn't book appointments, quote prices or connect to calendars or CRMs. It takes the caller's details so you can call back.

Cancelling and refunds:cancel any time and you aren't billed again; there are no partial-month refunds. The setup fee is returned only if you cancel before you submit the intake form. If we don't deliver what the terms describe, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we fix it, or refund the affected charge if we can't. Read the refund policy and plan terms before you buy.

Questions print shops ask us.

Can the chatbot handle quotes for different print products?

Yes. We build the chatbot with your specific product catalog — business cards, banners, brochures, booklets, large format, apparel, specialty items. It answers questions about each and captures the details for you to quote.

Will this work for B2B clients like agencies and event companies?

Absolutely. The 24/7 chatbot and AI receptionist work for any inbound inquiry — individual rush jobs, recurring agency accounts, event coordinators with regular material needs. Every lead is emailed to you; there is no CRM or order history.

Can customers upload files or get proofs through the system?

The chatbot can collect file links and specifications during the inquiry conversation, then emails the request to you. It doesn't have a live sync into your print MIS or estimating software, so a full file-submission and proofing workflow still runs through whatever system you already use — the chatbot just gets the conversation started.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?

No contract. Front Office: $297 one-time setup, then $99/month for the website, $179 with the AI chat, or $249 with the AI receptionist too (300 answered minutes a month, no overage fees). Month-to-month, cancel any time.

Does this help with local search too?

We set up basic local SEO on the new site we build for you, and show real reviews on it. We do not manage your Google Business Profile or guarantee rankings. For a print shop, showing up when someone types 'rush printing near me' matters as much as answering when they find you.

Every missed rush job call is a job your competitor just printed.
Answer first. Win the job.

$297 one-time setup, then month-to-month from $99. Cancel any time.

This is the bot answering a real contractor's questions.

No slideshow, no actor. A screen recording of our own assistant handling the two questions every owner asks: what happens to the 9pm call I miss, and will it invent things about my business.

Real answers from our live demo bot — unscripted, recorded on this site.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
