Anchor Co AI
Built for financial planners

Retirement planning leads won't wait — your missed-call recovery will.

High-value planning prospects call once and move on. Anchor Co AI fires an AI receptionist that answers when you're in a client meeting — so retirement, estate, and wealth management leads stay engaged until you can personally connect.

A single new financial planning client can be worth real fees every year — and they often stay for decades. Missing one inbound call can cost far more than it appears.

Why financial planners lose prospects before the first meeting

Trust is built in the first 60 seconds — or it isn't.

A prospect calls to discuss retirement planning — you're in a client meeting

High-value planning prospects have done their research and are ready to act. If they reach voicemail, they Google 'financial planner near me' and find someone else. That relationship — and the AUM behind it — is gone before it started.

Trust starts before the first meeting — and slow responses kill it

A prospect vetting a financial planner is simultaneously vetting your responsiveness. If you can't manage a callback promptly, they wonder how you'll manage their portfolio. First impression = last chance.

Your website doesn't answer the questions that drive the first call

Prospects want to know if you work with people 'like them' — their age, their situation, their asset level. A chatbot that answers 'do you work with pre-retirees?' or 'what's your minimum?' converts web traffic that would otherwise bounce.

Life events create sudden urgency — and those leads don't come back

A business sale, inheritance, divorce, or impending retirement creates an immediate need for a financial planner. Those leads call once with urgency. If you miss it, they'll have a signed engagement letter with someone else before you call back.

How it works

Three steps. Fully automatic.

1

A prospect calls about retirement planning while you're in a client review

You're in a 90-minute portfolio review. The call goes to voicemail. The prospect opens Google and starts calling other planners.

2

The AI receptionist answers and takes the details

"Hi, this is the AI assistant for [Your Name] Financial Planning. They're with a client right now. May I take your name, number and what you're hoping to discuss? You'll get a call back." You stay in the running.

3

Details are emailed to you before the callback

Their situation — age, goals, approximate assets, urgency — is in the summary emailed to you. When you call back, you know exactly who you're speaking with and can lead with relevance, not discovery from scratch.

Questions financial planners ask us.

Can the chatbot handle compliance-sensitive questions — like specific investment advice?

Yes, with guardrails. We configure the chatbot to answer general educational questions (how Roth conversions work, what fee-only means) while routing any specific advice requests to you. It's configured to avoid specific investment recommendations, keeping compliance-sensitive conversations in your hands while the prospect stays warm.

What if a prospect asks about my fees or minimums?

The chatbot can answer based on the information you provide — whether that's a stated minimum AUM, a flat planning fee, or 'contact us to discuss.' We configure it to match how you prefer to handle fee conversations.

Will this work with my CRM — like Redtail, Wealthbox, or Salesforce?

The chatbot itself doesn't have a live data connection into Redtail, Wealthbox, or Salesforce, so nothing syncs automatically from the chatbot — every lead captures contact info and conversation details and emails them to you. You can add them to your CRM yourself.

What does it cost and what's included?

One plan, Front Office: $297 one-time setup, then $99/month for the website, $179 with the AI chat, or $249 with the AI receptionist too (300 answered minutes a month, no overage fees). Month-to-month, cancel any time.

Is there a contract?

No contract. Month-to-month, cancel any time. There are no partial-month refunds.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
