Anchor Co AI
Built for drain cleaning companies

Drain emergencies won't wait — your phone answering shouldn't either.

When you're under a sink on a job, emergency calls go to voicemail — and panicked homeowners call the next company immediately. Anchor Co AI answers the calls you miss so urgent drain calls stay in YOUR pipeline, not your competitor's.

Drain emergencies generate several calls before someone books — homeowners call multiple companies simultaneously. The first to respond gets the job.

Why drain cleaning companies lose high-urgency service calls

They need someone now. You have one shot.

You're under a sink — the phone rings with an emergency call

A homeowner has sewage backing up. They're calling anyone who will come today. You're mid-job and can't answer. They call the next drain cleaning company on Google and you lose the service call.

Drain emergencies have a zero-patience window

Nobody waits on a blocked sewer line or a flooding basement drain. The customer who called you will try three more numbers in the next five minutes. If you don't respond instantly, you're not in the running.

Your website can't quote, schedule, or triage — so leads leave

A homeowner wants to know if you serve their zip code, what a main line cleaning costs, and whether you do same-day. A chatbot that answers all three keeps them on your site instead of clicking to a competitor.

Weekend and after-hours drain calls are your highest-margin work

Weekend backups and late-night emergencies command premium rates. Those are the calls most likely to go to voicemail — and the most expensive leads to miss.

How it works

Three steps. Fully automatic.

1

A homeowner calls about a backed-up main line while you're on a job

They need someone today. You can't answer. They're about to call the next drain service they can find.

2

The AI receptionist answers the emergency call

"Thanks for calling [Your Company]. I'm an AI assistant. Do you have a drain backup? What's your address, what's going on, and what's the best number to reach you?" You're back in the running.

3

Service request details land in your inbox

Address, issue type, urgency level, and contact info are in the emailed summary. When you finish the current job, you have a prioritized list in your inbox instead of a cold voicemail list.

If we don't deliver what the terms describe, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we fix it, or refund the affected charge if we can't. Read the refund policy and plan terms before you buy.

Questions drain cleaning companies ask us.

Can the chatbot handle questions about same-day availability and pricing?

Yes. We train the chatbot on your service area, typical pricing ranges for common jobs (main line cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection), and your scheduling availability. It can triage urgency and set expectations before the customer even talks to you.

What if someone is in a true emergency — like sewage flooding their basement?

The chatbot is configured to recognize high-urgency keywords and flags that lead so it lands at the top of your inbox, marked urgent with the emergency language front and center. It doesn't page or text you in real time, so check your inbox between jobs.

Do you integrate with our dispatch software?

The chatbot itself doesn't have a live data feed or API into outside systems, so there's no live sync into your dispatch or scheduling platform from the chatbot — every lead is captured and emailed to you in a simple thread.

What's included in the Front Office bundle?

A custom website (up to 5 pages, hosting and SSL, basic local SEO setup, up to 5 small edits a month), a 24/7 AI chat trained on your services, and on the Front Office plan an AI receptionist for the calls you miss. $297 one-time setup, then $99/month for the website, $179 with the AI chat, or $249 with the AI receptionist too (300 answered minutes a month, no overage fees).

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month on every plan. No contract, cancel any time. There are no partial-month refunds.

This is the bot answering a real contractor's questions.

No slideshow, no actor. A screen recording of our own assistant handling the two questions every owner asks: what happens to the 9pm call I miss, and will it invent things about my business.

Real answers from our live demo bot — unscripted, recorded on this site.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
