Anchor Co AI
Built for auto dealerships

Car buyers won't wait on hold — they'll call the next dealership.

When your sales team is with a customer on the floor, inbound calls go to voicemail — and that lead goes to your competitor. Anchor Co AI has an AI receptionist pick up so you capture every buyer before they dial someone else.

Internet leads go cold fast — auto dealers who respond quickly are far more likely to book the appointment than those who make buyers wait.

Why dealerships lose leads they already paid to generate

The shopper is ready. The dealership just didn't answer.

Your salesperson is on the lot — the phone rings and goes to voicemail

A buyer calling about a specific vehicle has already made up their mind to buy. If they get voicemail, they hang up and call the next dealership. That unit sits on your lot another week.

Car buyers research at 9pm — your team clocks out at 8

After-hours web leads are some of your hottest. A customer pricing out a trade-in at night is ready to come in tomorrow morning — but only if someone captures them before they move on.

Your website gets the traffic but loses the lead

Shoppers spend real time on your inventory pages comparing trims and prices, then leave without asking a question. A chatbot that can answer 'is the black Silverado still available?' keeps them on-site and converts the visit.

Internet leads go cold fast

The odds of reaching an internet lead drop the longer you wait to respond. Your CRM gets the form submission but the follow-up call happens hours later — by then they've already test-driven somewhere else.

How it works

Three steps. Fully automatic.

1

A buyer calls about a vehicle while your salesperson is with another customer

The call goes unanswered. Without an answer, that lead calls the next dealership. With the AI receptionist on the Front Office plan, the call gets picked up.

2

The AI receptionist starts the conversation

It answers the line you forward to it, says it's an AI, asks which vehicle they're interested in, and takes their name and number. The lead is captured before they dial a competitor.

3

Lead details land in your inbox

You get an email with their name, number, and what they were asking about. Your team sees a qualified lead — not a cold callback list — when they're free.

What the receptionist doesn't do: it doesn't book appointments, quote prices or connect to calendars or CRMs. It takes the caller's details so you can call back.

Cancelling and refunds:cancel any time and you aren't billed again; there are no partial-month refunds. The setup fee is returned only if you cancel before you submit the intake form. If we don't deliver what the terms describe, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we fix it, or refund the affected charge if we can't. Read the refund policy and plan terms before you buy.

Questions auto dealerships ask us.

Can the chatbot answer inventory questions — like whether a specific vehicle is still available?

Yes. We train the chatbot on your current inventory pages, VIN listings, and FAQs. It can answer questions about availability, trims, features, financing basics, and trade-in process. When a question needs a salesperson, it captures their info and routes to your team.

Does this work for both new and used vehicle departments?

Yes. The chatbot handles questions across new inventory, used/certified pre-owned, service and parts questions, and F&I basics. We configure it around your specific departments and hours.

What happens to after-hours leads when the dealership is closed?

The chatbot handles them in real time — answers questions, captures contact info, and logs the conversation. Your sales team opens to a list of warm leads with full context each morning.

What does it cost and what's included?

One plan, Front Office: $297 one-time setup, then $99/month for the website, $179 with the AI chat, or $249 with the AI receptionist too (300 answered minutes a month, no overage fees). Month-to-month, cancel any time.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel any time.

Every missed call is a car
sold to your competitor.

Your website, AI chat and AI receptionist, built for you. Month-to-month, cancel any time.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
